Who are we?

About JDRose

Hello, My name is Jade LaRose. I started JDRose studio's in 2009 when recording my first album. My original setup was a guitar, a single starter amp, with an old 4 ohm speaker used as a microphone on my computer in my basement. I later got a fender digital modeling amp and started using my home 4.0 surround stereo system for a studio P.A. system. Around this time I got my first mixer, it was a 6 channel Boss mixer. Recently in 2013 I had gotten some electronic drums so each band can have their own sounding drums. In 2014 after working for various people as a roadie during 2013 I was given a Peavey powered mixer and some loud speakers by a guy at the local music store who helped me out when I neeeded it even giving me a job shoveling snow at the store. To this day we have gone from being a single speaker and a guitar to being a studio with guitars, vocals and drums. We look forward to the next year, the challenges it brings and the people we will meet.

JDRose Guitar's was started in 2010 after the body of my Fender Squier Stratacaster got broken in half. After I had fixed it and some other accoustic's I owned, I was asked to fix some accoustic's at the junior high school I went to. After fixing them I got the crazy idea of building a guitar. The first one I built was a V-Shaped guitar out of pine back in january 2011. The feeling was amazing as i pluged it in to an amp and it played after three failed attempt's. After getting it working and a few more repair's the substitute teacher told me one day I would have my own line of guitars, after that I built five more, 3 working and 2 stage props. Unfortunetly though none of the one's a had built lasted and did break. Altho I built a laptsteel guitar in 2012, After a period of not building guitars I have begun building again in 2015 after a year of experiment with the wiring of various guitars different types styles and configurations. It is now 2014, I'm still reparing guitar's at the junior school I went to back in 2009 and recently built a guitar out of spare part's I had kicking around, you can hear it growl in the song "Through The Night".
